The R&W
precision turbine flowmeter measures volume by a contour mounted turbine
in the flow stream. The AC signal output is detected by a transducer and
interpreted by various electronic devices used for flow rate indication
and totalization. R&W precision turbine flowmeters are manufactured to
handle problems of viscosity, corrosive media, extreme temperature, and
hazardous materials. Its compact and rugged design has established a new
standard for flow measurement meeting today's need for higher accuracy,
greater reliability, and functioning under severe operating conditions.

R&W manufactures
a complete line of deep well, lineshaft, and submersible turbine pumps, as
well as a complete line of municipal and industrial pumps. Click on the
links at left to see information on our different pumps, including 50 Hz
and 60 Hz curves, schematics, materials table, and dimensions table. R&W bowls range in size from 4" to 28" capable of producing from 5 gallons per minute to 18,000 gallons per minute at up to 1,500 feet of head. Standard cast iron discharge heads are available with 3" to 10" outlets. Fabricated steel heads can be custom configured with 2" to 30" outlets. Submersible discharge heads are also available with 2" to 12" outlets. R&W products can be had in a wider range of materials including cast iron, ductile iron, cast steel, Ni-resist, Ni-hard, bronze alloys (including aluminum-bronze), stainless steels and heat treated aluminum. Many bowl modifications are available. Bowl modifications include wear rings, lateral machining or deep settings in excess of 1,000 feet, grease-packed bearings, hard-chrome plated 416 stainless steel bowl, shafting and extra length bearings. Wear rings are available in bronze, aluminum-bronze, 304-316-416 stainless steels, Ni-resist, teflon, ceramic, and other materials. Your special materials requirements can be met.
