| Twister 3000 Ratchet Type Machine | |||

Basic unit
comes with a 12 ft. standard bed, power traverse tailstock, hydraulic
power unit and control console with auxiliary valves and controls for
optional equipment. Additional features include connection plates that are
drilled and tapped to accept head and tailstock beam extensions, along
with a weldment to attach a spinner assembly or push and pull assembly on
either end. Headstock is equipped with self-centering hydraulic clamp cylinders that extend evenly to secure the work piece. The fixed headstock can handle material from 3 1/2" to 16" diameters, and is equipped with two sets of jaw holders. One set for larger diameters of pipe or tubing and a set of reducing jaw holders for smaller diameters. Tailstock is also equipped with self-centering hydraulic clamp cylinders that extend evenly to secure the work piece while traversing. The clamp cylinders are also equipped with one set of standers jaw holders and one set of reducing jaw holders that accommodate 3 1/2" to 18" diameters. |
