8100 Series: Spring Operated Relief Valve
Mercer Valve 8100 Series Safety Relief Valves are the "State of the Art" in soft seat, high flow rate, pressure relieving devices. The field-proven soft seat is coupled with a new, unique disk type PATENTED DESIGN. Expected seat life is hundreds of "pops". Full length guiding of "low rate" set pressure springs insures accurate, repeatable relief action.

The Valve is well suited for all industrial air, gas, and liquid relief applications, including compressors, separators, transmission and gathering lines, gas production units, heater treaters, scrubbers, and other production processes.

9100 Mod 20
Mercer Valve 9100 Model 20 Series Safety Relief Valves are the state of the art in soft seat, high flow rate, pressure relieving devices. This unique design was developed especially for the emerging CNG and other high pressure applications. The 9100 Mod 20 is available in a "C" and "D" orifice and is suited for pressures from 3000 PSI to 8700 PSI.

9500 Snap Pilot
Mercer Valve Company, Inc. provides high quality pressure relief valves. The Mercer 9500 Series Snap Acting Pilot Operated Relief Valve is constructed with the same care and precision as our other valve lines.

These pilot operated valves are ideal for protecting air and gas pipelines, compressors, and vessels. The 9500 Series is an industrial service valve that sets higher standards for the safety relief valve industry. Mercer's 9500 Series is a complete valve line with API orifice sizes from D through T and Full Bore Orifices form 1 ½" to 8". Inlet and outlet sizes are available from 1" x 2" up to dual outlet 8" x 10" x 10" valves. The Mercer pilot operated relief valves feature a low blowdown, reducing product loss.

The Snap Pilot design is based on Mercer's patented soft seat, which has proven to be an industry leader in extended seat life. No other type of soft seat can match the cycle life of Auto-Seat Technology.    Mercer Valve's Snap Pilots are of the improved type, with a vernier blowdown adjustment including "user friendly" stops to prevent improper adjustments. Mercer's traditional "low rate" set springs ensure superior set point stability, which is a feature of all Mercer Valves.
